Sci-Fi for the weekend – Informative Codex

Following the announcement of the premiere of the fourth Matrix film, in December of this year, we recall some of the most iconic sagas of movies to marathon this weekend.

Let’s start, of course with the Matrix, today’s cinema owes a lot to sisters Lana and Lily Wachowski, who released this film in 1999. The film starring Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Ann Moss revolutionized the genre of science fiction, action and cinema in general. The triad of these films is available in full on Netflix.

Another classic film is Terminator, an original film produced by Hemdale Film Corporation and distributed by Orion Pictures. In it Schwarzenegger plays the Terminator, a murderous cyborg sent through time from 2029 to 1984 to assassinate Sarah Connor, played by Linda Hamilton. Jurassic Park, directed by Steven Spielberg was released in 1993. Its plot is based on the homonymous book by Michael Crichton and tells the experiences of a group of people in an amusement park with cloned dinosaurs, created by a billionaire philanthropist and a team of Scientists, however, living with dinosaurs may not have the best result.
