Peter & the Wolf Brings Classical Music and Dance to the Guggenheim
Originally composed by Sergei Prokofiev, Peter & the Wolf introduces audiences to orchestral instruments through a story in which different musical themes represent individual characters.
The Works & Process production combines Mizrahi’s narration with choreography by John Heginbotham and live music performed by Ensemble Connect.
The approximately 30-minute performance features costumes designed by Mizrahi, bringing together elements of fashion, movement, and classical music.
