A healthy Luis Diaz is Klopp's asset at Liverpool and a key card as they fight for points in the Premier League.
But the concern when he leaves the field is that it is not common to ask him to be replaced precisely when he is physically unable to continue in the race.
It happened on 68 minutes after suffering a very hard tackle and being treated on the field. This is a worrying moment at Anfield:
