Final: Selekta’s Paplon and Draw against Granada

Concacaf face La Selecta Granada in the second match of the League of Nations. In the “round” of the series against the Caribbean, El Salvador shows several cycles in its starting line-up, with Thomas Romero’s debut with the Salvador jersey significant.

The competition has begun! The Salvadoran team plays in the Arsenal of Jose Torres of Granny James Stadium and Puerto Rican, staying in League A of the League of Nations to reach the pass for the 2023 Conclave Gold Cup.

El Salvador presents four changes for the first game of the series. Mario Gonzalez, Brian Tamagas, Giro Henriques and Enrico Tunas did not play. Starting players were Thomas Romero, Rudy Clavell, Eric Calvillo and Joaquin Rivas.

Granada also made changes from XI last Saturday. Goalkeeper Rice Charles-Cook, Alexander McQueen, the goal scorer on the Salvador soil, as well as Carlton Belmer did not play from the start, while Jason Belfone, Romer Frank and Quasim Theodore enter their places.
