Santo Dom Aingo.- Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) presidential candidate Abel Martínez will lead the activities this weekend to announce candidates for congressional and municipal positions.

Likewise, the PLD’s National Electoral Commission (CNE) completes the process of selecting its candidates “in accordance with the mandates of the electoral laws and the resolutions of the Central Election Board.”

Abel announces mayoral candidates

This Saturday, starting at four in the afternoon at the Club Dresi court in the Los Treciendas section of Valverde, Mão, Martínez will take the oath of office for the mayoralties and senatorial candidacy of Mão, Esperanza and Laguna Salada. of the North-West Province.

Angela Bozo, Valverde’s chosen candidate for the Senate, will take the oath of office, along with candidates for mayor, Tabaré Rodríguez, Tobías Rodríguez from Esperanza and Welquin Martínez from Laguna Salada.

Martinez will attend the declaration ceremony of mayoral candidate Pedro Fernandez of Moga, the capital municipality of Espaillat province, at 10:00 a.m. Sunday at the San Sebastian Indoor Hall, PLD said in a news document. Association.

At four o’clock there will be the declaration of the senatorial candidate Johnny Motors of La Vega and the mayoral candidates Ignacio Cespedes de Zima, Pascal Nunes, La Vega, Chito Gomez, Constanza and Joselito Abreu of Zarapaco.

Referrals from abroad

The National Electoral Commission of the PLD announced that it will select candidates for representatives from abroad through the telematic voting system in accordance with the resolution 30-2023 of the Central Election Board.
