Assorted, Shaped, Crossed and Privileged

The MLS regular season is coming to an end. American soccer’s most exciting stage defines its crosshairs in each conference, where LAFC and the Philadelphia Union are the teams resting and waiting to define the rival.

The good news is that three Honduran soccer players can dream of glory after their clubs qualify for the playoffs. Romel Quito, Joseph Rosales and Kerwin Arriaga will be part of the party.

Along with Luis Palma, Aris added a new defeat in Greece’s first division, falling to AEK Athens.

The Eastern Conference was the first to recognize the respective crosses. Orlando City secured the last ticket on the Cardiac Way, while Inter Miami returns to the postseason after not qualifying last year.

What will the Eastern Conference playoffs look like?

Since Philadelphia was the top seed, it would receive a first-round bye. And it will be measured against the winner of the New York Red Bulls and Cincinnati.

Additionally, defending champions New York City FC will host Inter Miami in their quest to recognize their crown. Montreal will face off against Orlando City.
