United Airlines suspends operations in the United States due to “outage of equipment” – El Financiero

Today, Tuesday, September 5, United Airlines Holdings has suspended operations of its aircraft throughout the United States due to an unspecified equipment outage, according to the airline’s website. Federal Aviation Administration.

The Chicago-based airline has requested the suspension of its main operations and subsidiaries, according to the post. The FAA website showed that United Airlines was unable to communicate with flight dispatchers by normal means.

The FAA confirmed in an email to Bloomberg that the airline had asked it to suspend outbound flights across the country, but declined to comment further.
