It is a property located in Alicia Moreau de Justo and Cornelio Saavedra, in the city of Neuquén, with an approximate area of 960.65 m². From the construction and start-up of a barbecue / dining room and a closed gym, the property will be used for sports, social, recreational and community activities.
The signing ceremony, which was carried out via Zoom, was attended by the AABE by its president, Martín Cosentino Moreto; its vice president, Juan Debandi, and the National Director of Physical Asset Management, Daniel Salvatore. From Neuquén, Lorena Parrilli, provincial deputy of the Legislature of that province, and Juan Gutiérrez, president of the club, along with other officials and civil servants participated.
Martín Cosentino expressed: “We work hard to make the State’s buildings available to the people. We always want to help sports and educational institutions and those that carry out social work ”.
Juan Gutiérrez expressed his emotion: “We are happy to have this land that we have been longing for for a long time. Two years ago we started this management and today we feel immense joy. We still have a lot to do and I thank you from the bottom of my heart ”.
Lorena Parrilli thanked “everyone, but more than anything to the perseverance of the club, because this was not magic. There is a political decision, at the national level, to put public goods at the service of the people. For us it is a pride that the National State is present ”.
Finally, Juan Debandi said: “I want to highlight the commitment and work carried out by Martín Cosentino from the Agency, in conjunction with the State, and the importance of having officials, legislators, who ensure the possession of the land for the clubs and institutions. Political management is the one that carries out many tasks so that today this club can have this permission to use these lands that do so much good for the community. We are proud that this Agency can fulfill this task ”.
Also participating from Neuquén were the deputies Beto Vivero, Asunción Miras Trapalón, Teresa Rioseco, Pablo Torero and Tanya Bertoldi, and the councilors Marcelo Zúñiga, Micaela Gomiz, Santiago Nogueira and Gimena González.
