The European Space Agency calculates when the world will end

In recent years, we have had to live with everything from an epidemic that has claimed thousands and thousands of lives around the world, to volcanic eruptions, major earthquakes and some natural disasters such as devastating storms or hurricanes.

This has raised many questions In fact, the end of the world is closer than you think.

Regarding this issue, The European Space Agency (ESA, its abbreviation in English), has given an answer to this question, and the reason for this is that there is nothing more than the Sun.

Let’s remember that the sun is a big star and our planet revolves around it, so it affects our lives more and more day by day, sometimes without us realizing it and its relevance.

So with that in mind, The ESA notes that the end of the world will occur when the sun enters its final phase.

In this case, the space agency says that at this time, the Sun is in the main sequence phase, which corresponds to a moment when the activity of the nucleus turns hydrogen into helium, which creates brightness and heat, which does not last. Forever.

This continues for about 10,000 or 11,000 million years. Only then will the Sun raise its temperature and become a giant red star; It will then become a completely faint white dwarf star, making life on Earth impossible.

On the other hand, the agency recalled it The solar system is 4.5 billion years old. So the sun can be high or low in the middle of its cycle. As the end approaches, the heat of the Sun will continue to increase, as will the size of the star, and this will inevitably affect the Earth, as the high temperatures will evaporate the water, until it becomes an uninhabitable planet. To this inevitable conclusion, Scientists estimate that it will take another 8 billion years.
