Madrid, May 23 (EFE). – Today, Thursday, Queen Letizia attended the premiere of the documentary film “The Science of African Women,” which revolves around the experience of a group of scientists from different countries on this continent who received assistance to be able to investigate. The documentary takes a look at the first eight years of the Science by Women project developed by the Foundation for Women for Africa (FmxA) to promote women's access to cutting-edge science and technology, and presents the first-hand testimony of some participants during their six-month stay in Spanish research centres. The premiere took place at La Prensa Palace in Madrid, in the Plaza del Callao, where the Queen was accompanied by the Minister of Inclusion, Social Security and Immigration, Elma Saez, and the former Vice President of the Socialist Government, María Teresa Fernández de.
