ETECSA reminds its customers to pay their monthly Nauta Hogar fees

Nauta hogar service in Cuba offers many attractive features. It uses ADSL technology, allowing users to surf the Internet and use the phone at the same time.

The only telecommunications company in Cuba has explained how customers can pay their monthly Nauta Hogar bill through the Transfermóvil application.

To do this, users must authenticate in the app, go to the 'Activities' menu, select 'Recharge nauta', fill in the relevant boxes and check the 'Pay nauta Hogar' option.

Apart from Transfermóvil, Nauta Hogar has other ways to pay. Customers can do so through the nauta user portal, online services, the EnZona app with a 5% discount, or directly at the business office.

ETECSA has established agreements with several official portals to allow recharge of NATA account from abroad. These sites include DingCSQ, DD OneIDT and Global Digital.

In this way, customers who recharge their Nauta account can use the remaining amount to pay the monthly fee for the Nauta Hogar service, as long as the recharged account is the access account associated with the service connection, it is important for you to know.

To request the Nauta Hogar service, customers in Cuba must have telephone service, live in an area where the service is marketed, and choose a speed according to the conditions of the wire network that reaches their home.

An access account with the @nauta.com.cu domain is associated with a service that includes browsing time per month.

After this time, customers can top up the account by prepaying what they want to consume. Navigation rate after allotted hours is 12.50 cups/hr.
