Officials are assessing material damage and possible human casualties from heavy damage in southern Japan. This is the second movement recorded above 7 degrees in the company, the first occurred during the New Year's celebration, with disasters in buildings and missing people.

Tsunami sirens blared over loudspeakers to warn people of another potential disaster to hit land after an earthquake struck the streets of Taiwan's coast.
