The forecast center of the Cuban Meteorological Center has reported significant rain in the last twelve hours in most parts of the western region, particularly intense in the province of Pinar del Río.

The Isabel Rubio Meteorological Center in Pinar del Rio recorded 38.0 millimeters of rain.
In addition, the National Hydraulic Resources Institute rain gauge located in the Manuel Laso Popular Council, Santino Municipality (Pinar del Rio) recorded 144.6 millimeters in the last twelve hours, which is considered heavy rain locally.
