In addition, Brian Znottens, senior vice president of scheduling and network planning at American Airlines, says the airline was interested in adding new destinations across the Atlantic during the summer of 2023, but uncertainties surrounding Boeing deliveries caused the airline to choose to increase frequencies over current tracks.
