Chihuahua, Chih.- Daniela Alvarez, Laura Contreras, Rocío González and Rocío Reza, federal representatives of the PAN, traveled the Chihuahua-Ciudad Juárez highway to expose the corruption of the various units in charge of the federal government.

MLAs also carried politically motivated placards about the danger to motorists by plying through the dilapidated sections with potholes and cracks.

“WARNING, DANGEROUS DEPARTMENT IN CHARGE OF BEAUTIFUL” was the legend posted at various points by deputies to protest the federal government’s denial of maintenance, resources, and attention to Chihuahua’s roads.

“Federal highways don’t have a budget, they have the nerve to say no maintenance by Chihuahua this year, and not only have vehicles suffered, but lives have already been lost, it’s the lazy government of Morena. We now demand an answer to solve the deterioration of Chihuahua’s roads,” said Deputy Rocio González.

On earlier dates, as the budget for the expenses of the Federation was discussed in the Union Congress, the delegates made a strong claim about the budget allocated for the lines of communication in Chiwawa.

BAN representatives highlighted that the Chihuahuan highways were damaged in areas under the responsibility of the Central Government and urged the Infrastructure, Communications and Transport Secretariat to urgently address the issue. The largest state in the country.
