The public prosecutor’s office has detained Joel Vale as the prime suspect in the disappearance of his wife, Flor Garcia. More than 100 days after Flor Garcia went missing, the National Civil Police and the Attorney General’s Office arrested Joel Valle and his cousin Francisco Valle as key suspects in the planned disappearance of a young mother of two.
