San Juan’s first instance court judge Raisa Kazika determined the reason for the arrest for all charges against the couple.

Defendants’ defense stated that at this point in the proceedings both parties agreed to the decision and they imposed a total bond of $ 80,000, which was deferred by the pre-trial service plan.

Both will face up to eight years in prison, the judge said. The preliminary hearing was adjourned to April 22.
