She is the daughter of Zenon Valerio Rezio, known in musical circles as Lupe Valerio, an accordionist originally from Restauracian, and Ana M. Calcano, whose roots sank into the rich soil of Nagua. Thirty days after her birth, she was transferred to Santiago, which would become her home and the cradle of her artistic dreams.

In a family where music flows like water from a perennial fountain, she is surrounded by melodies and rhythms that mark the rhythm of her childhood. At the age of twelve, a spark of passion ignited in him, and with the accordion as an instrument and his voice as an outlet, he decided to follow in his father’s footsteps.
