WhatsApp offers flows, account verification, and payments

To sign up for Meta Verified, businesses must prove their authenticity to Meta and in return receive a verified account badge, enhanced account assistance, and phishing protection “For businesses interested in signing up, Meta Verified will include additional premium features, such as the ability to create a personalized WhatsApp page that’s easy to discover through web search and cross-device support so employees can answer customer questions. “We’ll start testing Meta Verified soon with small businesses using WhatsApp Business before it is made available to all businesses on the WhatsApp Business platform in the future.”

And finally payments in India:

“Starting today, people in India can add items to their cart and send a payment using any method they want: UPI supported apps, debit and credit cards, or other options. We are excited to work with partners Razorpay and PayU to make payments as easy as sending a message.” “
