“Third place would have been nice”: Lottery winner laments his luck

Anoop, a driver from Kerala, India, has been inundated with requests for financial assistance until he regrets winning the lottery jackpot.

The man won 250 million rupees ($3.06 million) in the state lottery in mid-September.
