The Principality proposal has become the standard setting for the exhibition

Asturian gastronomy, under a photo Landscape kitchenbecame a reference mark at the Madrid Fusión International Fair, which closed its doors yesterday after three full days of activity and with more than two thousand specialists, speakers and prescribers who visited the space of the Principality.
The twenty-first session of the conference, one of the most relevant conferences at the international level, participated again in Asturias, which occupied on this occasion a privileged space, having gained presence and visibility in the past two years, with two separate individual spaces, as I mentioned on Thursday by the regional government.
This time, a promotion strategy based on target audience segmentation was chosen, and in this way, the community became the exclusive image and suggestion of the VIP room of the exhibition, which is a preferential access area limited to professionals, speakers and descriptors.
The Asturian gastronomy was the exclusive protagonist of the room, the whole theme with the image of the Cocina de Paisaje, which has become a reference area, highlights the government, indicating that the number of visitors has far exceeded the expectations of previous years, to point out that some Alimentos del Paraíso products are out of stock .
In this version, Asturias offered 200 kilos of cheese and selected 2,000 tastings, in addition to the product buffet. Deputy Minister of Tourism white grace, who appreciated the participation in the Madrid Fusión, explained that “it was the most comprehensive action carried out to highlight the potential of Asturian gastronomy”. Blanco expressly thanked the eleven Cocina de Paisaje “ambassadors” who were in charge of the VIP room. “Asturias was the reference scenario, the gastronomic space that everyone was talking about,” he added.
The Asturian proposal in Madrid Fusión was in charge of María Joaquina Rodriguez (Casa Chima), Esther Manzano (Narpaso) and Jairo Rodriguez (Roble by Jairo), who signed Monday’s list. Teresa Camacho (Bar Camacho), Jose Antonio Campoviejo (El Corral del Indiano) and Luis Alberto Martinez (Casa Firmin) held the meeting on Tuesday. Finally, Mary V Fernandez (El Cenador del Azul) and Israel Moreno (Ayalga) closed the Asturian proposal yesterday. In charge of the confectionery were Jhonatan González (Pastelería Cabo Busto) and Isabel Pérez (Aliter Dulcia). For her part, the area dedicated to preserves was directed by María Posta (Casa Itemio), who, besides that dedicated to cheese production, led the IGP Chosco de Tineo, DOP Cider from Asturias and the wine DOP Cangas brand Alimentos del Paraíso on display.
The participation of Asturias in the Madrid Fusión is one of the activities framed in the Food Positioning Plan launched by the Agency of the Ministry of Tourism in 2021. The fusion of landscape, gastronomic products and culinary talents in the same identity is a competitive advantage aimed at conveying the Cocina de Paisaje brand which already has 70 distinguished professionals as ambassadors, Efe reports.
