More than 1,000 people from Suceava County were vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 on Friday, most of them at the organized vaccination center at Suceava County Hospital.

The executive director of the Suceava Public Health Directorate, Dr. Dinu Florin Sădean, reported in a press release on Saturday that they were vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 on Friday.

He said that most of the people, 478, were vaccinated at the Suceava County Emergency Hospital vaccination center, 138 people at the Fălticeni Municipal Hospital vaccination center, 114 at the Rădăuţi Municipal Hospital vaccination center , 102 people each in the Câmpulung Municipal Hospital of Moldovenesc and Municipal Hospital of Gura Humorului, 93 people in the vaccination center of the Municipal Hospital of Siret and 24 people in the vaccination center of the Vatra Dornei Municipal Hospital.

Sădean said that so far, in total, in Suceava county, the first dose of SARS-CoV-2 has been vaccinated 16,343 people, and with the second dose 1,770 people.

He specified that by January 30 they were registered in Suceava County. 769 people over 65 years, people with chronic diseases, regardless of age, for vaccination against SARS-CoV-2.

“For the next 7 days, vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 have been scheduled in Suceava County 3,308 people, and the places available for the programming of existing vaccinations in all the vaccination centers of the municipality ”, mentioned the executive director of DSP Suceava.

Dr. Dinu Florin Sădean recalled that vaccination schedules are conditioned both by the number of vaccine doses in stock at the time of the operation, and by the dynamics of registration requests at that time.
