To collect your prize there are different options, it can be at any of the points of sale of Melate, Revancha and Revanchita, or if the prize is greater than 3000 pesos at any Banorte or BBVA Bank with your winning ticket and official ID.
Remember that when collecting your Melate, Revancha, and Revanchita award, you must pay tax pursuant to Section 163 of the Income Tax Act of 1% on the value of your award.
