Black holes are remnants of ancient stars, so dense that no material particle, not even light, is able to escape their powerful gravitational force.
In recent years, scientists have studied and discovered amazing facts in space; Much has been said and researched about black holes. After years of studies, they have discovered that behind them there is light, a theory that in 1916, Albert Einstein would have explained in the so-called Theory of Relativity.
This discovery was captured at the back of a supermassive black hole that lies 800 million light years from Earth.
The research was led by Dr. Dan Wilkins, an astrophysicist at the Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology at Stanford University and an Einstein fellow at NASA. Researchers from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia; the Institute of Gravitation and the Cosmos at Pennsylvania State University and the SRON Space Research Institute of the Netherlands.
Wilkins explained that this discovery can be illogical, since the light that enters the holes has no exit and there is the theory that the light has been appreciated because that hole is deforming space, bending the light and receding the magnetic fields around it.
The scenes were captured with the XMM-Newton space telescopes, with which they have determined that the black hole is 10 million times more massive than the Sun.
With these discoveries new theories are born that give way to future research on the creation of the universe.
