Aventura Mall and Sawgrass Mills Mall, both in Florida, are among the top ten Christmas shopping malls in the United States. According to a local media report, the arrangement was made by Yocan Vaporizer.
Second place went to Aventura Mall. While Sawgrass Mills Mall in Shorouk City reached fourth place in the ranking.
Meanwhile, the Mall of America in Minnesota took first place on the list. However, both centers in Florida are now among the largest in the United States.
In this sense, other shopping centers in New York or California are also included in the exclusive list. Additionally, third place went to King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania.
How was the scoring done?
Depending on the malls’ occupancy and the availability and cost of parking, the rating gave each mall a score out of 10.
Likewise, other factors were taken into account such as the variety of stores available, the number of restaurants and their seasonal opening hours.
For example, the number of daily visitors in relation to the size of the shopping center was taken into account to evaluate occupancy. Likewise, for parking, costs and spaces were taken into account. While available, weekday and Sunday hours are included.
Aventura Mall currently houses more than 300 retailers carrying brands such as Nike, Zara, Lacoste, Louis Vuitton and more. Therefore, it achieved the title of “the ideal shopping center for men’s gifts.”
The same did not happen with other centers, such as Sawgrass Mills, which received one of the lowest scores for restaurants. However, it showed positive results thanks to the diversity of its stores, receiving high marks for parking.
