PR-CuNaR2 was designed and developed by Amalkar Rinkan Charris, an engineering student and professor at the Bayman Campus of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. The launch was rescheduled from the Kennedy Space Center at 3:14 a.m. Sunday.
