The “Diversity” Free Time Area of Cáritas Barbastro-Monzón opens at the Ágape – Society center

Cáritas Barbastro-Monzón has completed the adaptation work of the Leisure and Free Time Space that is already operational in the Àgape center to serve young people between 15 and 21 years of age with a mild degree of physical and intellectual disability.

It is a space in which they prepare activities so that users can enjoy their free time outside the educational or family environment, with the aim of giving families a break.

The Space has a capacity of 14 users and is open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Those interested can request information at 657 634 292, in addition to making any type of proposal.

The center pursues the interaction of the people who come to it in order to sensitize society for and for inclusion.

Cáritas Barbastro Monzón also has the Nazaret de Binéfar Occupational Center and the “Santa María de Bruis” holiday center with facilities fully adapted to accommodate groups in matters of disability.

The Agape was inaugurated in 2007 on Joaquín Sorolla Street as a Caritas Diocesana Training and Services Center.
