Sergio Andrade will plead guilty and drag Gloria Trevi into her confession, they say | News from Mexico

Mexico City – Music Producer Sergio Andrade is at the center of a legal scandal that has attracted media attention.

Reliable legal sources revealed that Andrade had previously been charged and imprisoned Singer Gloria Trevi, He plans to plead guilty to the charges in a US court.

Journalist Gustavo Adolfo Infante, who claims to have exclusive information, shares that Andrade is considering a strategy to reduce the charges against him.

“Sergio Andrade is going to plead guilty to every crime he's accused of and his only accomplice will always be Gloria Trevi,” the spokesperson said.

New case in Los Angeles

While previous charges against the producer and singer appeared to have been dropped after publication, a new lawsuit in Los Angeles has put them back in the spotlight.

California has imposed a three-year statute of limitations on potential complaints, allowing victims to file claims even after the crimes have expired, again accusing Andrade of sexual abuse.

Although the lawsuit does not explicitly name defendants, details about Trevi's recordings and concerts between 1991 and 1993 make it clear who it refers to.

“It is assumed that an agreement has been reached with the communications company suing Gloria Trevi to force it to withdraw its lawsuit against the communications company and a journalist who contacted Andrade to defame Gloria Trevi,” he assured.

If convicted, Andrade faces a prison sentence, the length of which has yet to be determined.
