Aiming to avoid the accumulation of garbage that can generate everything from pests to health problems in the city, the municipal government will implement the Destilichadero program in five city neighborhoods this week from April 29 to May 3.
The neighborhoods that Destilichadero will visit this week will be Las Granjas, Villas del Sur, Unidad Proletaria, Quintas Carolinas and 3 de Mayo.
Through the Municipal Public Services Directorate, large waste will be removed from homes in the city, which the collection truck cannot transport and which residents do not have the opportunity to transport to the landfill.
Accordingly, the agency will make a container available to citizens at fixed points in the neighborhoods that will be visited during the week, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
The agency's staff will conduct tours of the neighborhoods visited to remove waste, so citizens are asked to leave trash cans on the sidewalk to facilitate their collection.

In addition, citizens are requested that if any employee requests a bonus, they should call 072 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
