Rogbid has launched VisionW, a new pair of AI-enabled smart glasses featuring a three-frame interchangeable design, open-ear audio technology and access to artificial intelligence assistants. Starting at $69.99, the wearable is aimed at consumers looking for connected features while retaining the flexibility to change eyewear styles for different settings.

The launch expands Rogbid’s wearable technology portfolio into a market increasingly focused on combining traditional eyewear with wireless communication, audio capabilities and AI-powered voice interaction. The company is positioning VisionW for everyday activities ranging from office work and commuting to travel and outdoor recreation.

Unlike conventional smart glasses built around a fixed frame, VisionW allows users to switch among three frame designs while retaining the device’s underlying technology.

Three Interchangeable Frames Designed for Different Settings

The first option is a retro aviator-style sunglasses frame featuring a double-bridge metal design, black temples and dark UV-protection lenses. Rogbid says the configuration is designed primarily for outdoor activities, including driving, travel and use in bright conditions.

A second option uses a square business-oriented optical frame. It combines a more prominent upper frame with a thinner metal lower rim, along with transparent lenses and nose pads. The design is intended for commuting, office environments, indoor activities and smart-casual settings.

The third configuration features a vintage-inspired acetate sunglasses frame with an oversized profile, thick black construction and large dark lenses. Rogbid is targeting this version toward outdoor sports, vacations and casual streetwear.

The interchangeable system is a central feature of VisionW, giving users the ability to adapt the appearance of the glasses without purchasing separate smart devices for professional and recreational use.

Bluetooth and Open-Ear Audio Support Hands-Free Communication

Beyond its interchangeable design, VisionW includes Bluetooth connectivity with a claimed transmission range of up to 50 meters. The glasses can be used for phone calls and participation in online meetings while connected to a compatible device.

Rogbid has also incorporated an open-ear audio system. Instead of covering or blocking the ears like traditional headphones or earbuds, the system is designed to provide audio while allowing users to remain aware of surrounding sounds.

That approach could be particularly useful during commuting, walking and other activities where environmental awareness remains important.

The company says VisionW also features single-microphone noise-cancellation technology capable of reducing background noise by up to 95%. The technology is intended to improve voice clarity during calls and virtual meetings, particularly in busy environments.

AI Assistants Add Voice-Based Smart Features

Artificial intelligence is another major component of VisionW. The smart glasses provide access to AI assistants including ChatGPT and DeepSeek, allowing users to interact with supported services through voice commands.

The feature is designed to provide hands-free access to information, intelligent responses and everyday assistance without requiring users to repeatedly reach for a smartphone.

The integration reflects a broader technology industry effort to extend generative AI beyond computers and smartphones. Smart glasses are emerging as one potential platform for these services because built-in microphones, speakers and wireless connectivity can support voice-based interaction in a wearable form.

Dual Batteries Deliver Up to Nine Hours of Playback

VisionW is powered by two 200mAh lithium batteries integrated into the temples of the glasses. Rogbid says the battery system provides up to nine hours of continuous multimedia playback and as much as 30 days of standby time.

Actual battery performance can vary depending on factors such as Bluetooth usage, calls, audio playback and interaction with connected services.

By distributing the batteries across both temples, Rogbid can incorporate the necessary power capacity while maintaining the overall eyewear form factor.

Rogbid VisionW is now available through the company’s store with a starting price of $69.99. As part of a Back-to-School promotion, the company is also offering additional savings to customers who enter the coupon code “rogbidbts” at checkout.

With interchangeable frames, open-ear audio, wireless calling and AI assistant access combined in one wearable device, VisionW represents Rogbid’s effort to make smart glasses adaptable to a wider range of everyday situations while maintaining a relatively accessible entry price.
