Maine CDC7 reports new corona virus-related deaths, 417 new cases

The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported seven new corona virus-related deaths and 417 new cases on Saturday. Seven new deaths A total of 257 miners died from COVID-19 complications. The 417 new corona virus cases reported on Saturday bring the total to 15,620 cases in the state since the outbreak. 33 new restorations have been reported, bringing the total to 10,477 restorations. The telephone connection will work every day from 8am to 8pm by calling 207-221-8196 or 866-367-4440. Officials said the service would eventually include a text option. 211 Maine: The state’s 211 system can answer common questions about corona virus from callers. The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported seven new corona virus-related deaths and 417 new cases on Saturday.

Seven new deaths bring the total 257 miners who died from COVID-19 complications.

The 417 new corona virus cases reported on Saturday accounted for a total of 15,620 cases in the state since the outbreak.

33 new restorations have been reported, for a total of 10,477 restorations.

Govt 19 Symptoms

For US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the symptoms you should look out for are:

  • Fever or cold
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • throat pain
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

This list does not include all possible symptoms. The CDC will continue to update this list to learn more about the virus.

Do I need to be tested for COVID-19? Where can I get a test in Maine?

The CDC recommends that you take a COVID-19 test:

  • There are symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 (total 15 minutes or more within 6 feet)
  • Asked or recommended for testing by their healthcare provider, local / external icon or state health department.
