Netflix’s sci-fi series is about to hit fan screens. The behemoth released a first look with a major announcement on Wednesday that is sure to thrill viewers who have been waiting for season 3 for so long.

Fans of the streaming platform sci-fi series Netflix, Lost in Space, they have not seen new episodes since the second installment appeared in the giant’s catalog at the end of December 2019.

The series was renewed by Netflix in March of last year for its third and final season. It’s been more than a year since then, and fans have been waiting quite a long time. However, there is finally good news.

Netflix released a photo this Wednesday, October 6, offering a glimpse of the new season of Lost in Space, announcing at the same time that on Thursday, October 6, the first teaser of the third and last installment of the science fiction series will be released. This Netflix commented in the tweet:

It is important to note that the filming of season 3 of Lost in Space began a year ago, in October 2020. The Netflix series is a new updated version of the classic science fiction series that aired through CBS in the 1960s.

The new and final season of Lost in Space, added in its cast to Russell hornsby to the show in a recurring role. An announcement that was made in September last year, days before filming began. The cast includes Molly Parker, Toby Stephens, Maxwell Jenkins, Taylor Russell, Mina Sundwall, Ignacio Serricchio, Parker Posey and Brian steele.

But they quickly discover that not everything is what it seems. A series of incredible new threats and unexpected discoveries emerge as they search for the key to finding Robot and safe passage to Alpha Centauri.
