Application ShareIt is currently the most popular messaging tool in Mexico, and among its many functions, it respects the privacy of its users, enabling ghost mode and disabling blue popcorn.

Archive private or group chats on Android

This operation will not delete or save the backup, for which you must follow these steps:

  • In the Chats tab, long-click on the conversation you want to hide.
  • You will get a menu where you have to click on “Archive”.
  • This will take you to a hidden tab called “Archived” at the top of the dialogs.

If for some reason you want to archive all the conversations, you need to go to Chats and then go to Additional Options and Settings.

Click Archive for you chats, history and all chats.

If you want to retrieve them, enter the “Archived” tab, select the one you want to retrieve, press the dialog, and then click Reset.

Archive on the iOS operating system

It works just like Android, only the archived tab or section is at the bottom of the dialogs and you can search for them after archiving them.

By searching for the person’s contact name and tapping on the dialog, you can manually restore the conversation and get the option to delete the archive.
