In the presence of the Ministers of Higher Education, Walter Baloga and Eduardo Martínez Díaz, and the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA), respectively, A cooperation agreement was signed today at the University of Havana (UH) between the CITMA Regional Delegation in the capital and the universities located here.
