Godoy Cruz Work has begun on the new educational green space at Villa el Parque which will reboot the property known as Parque del Agua. It has been designed so that visitors are surprised during their tour by different points that awaken their senses.

In addition, you can enjoy native species, mature trees, urban trees, exotic species and aquatic plants.

What is the business about?

Garden plans:

• A viewpoint at a strategic point to see the park and local birds.
• “Village of Fairies and Elves” where recycling-related activities can be carried out.
• The Butterfly House will allow you to see different types of butterflies up close, in an area prepared for their development.
• An open-air theater for large groups of spectators.
• Nursery for self-provision of species.
• Different spaces for children with sensory and interactive games
• Extensive games for children's groups.
• Areas with exercise and ping pong tables.
• Benches provide spaces for contemplation and meeting.
• Sectionals with tables and chairs.

The sports sector will also expand:

• A five-a-side football field, which will be integrated into a mini-hockey field.
• Toilets and changing rooms for the sector.
• Improvement work regarding the enclosure and lighting of the softball field.

On the other hand, the existing lighting will be restored and new lamps will be incorporated to extend the hours of use of the property.

In order to increase security, a camera system will be included that will operate 24 hours a day. In addition, two security boxes for pedestrian and vehicular access will be integrated.

Along the park route, accessibility will be a priority at all points. For this reason, the natural levels of the property will be taken into account, new paths will be built and existing paths will be repaired.
