“Defendants’ preliminary hearing in Coral 5G case breaks next Monday”| Daily list

Judge Yanipet Rivas of the Sixth Investigative Court of the National District adjourned the preliminary hearing against the defendants in the corruption-charged Coral 5G case until next Monday.

Likewise, it has been reported that it will start again 9:00 AM on the above date.

In Coral 5G, derived from the Coral case, the defendants included Boanerges Reyes Batista (ARD), General Julio Camilo de los Santos Viola (FARD), the captain of the ARD ship, Franklin Mata Flores, and José Manuel Rosario Pirón.

Also implicated are Carlos Lantigua, Alfredo Pichardo, Erasmo Roger Pérez, Jehohanan Lucía Rodríguez, Yehudy Blandesmil Guzmán and Esmeralda Ortega Polanco.

Similarly, among the accused in Operation Corral are General Adan Cáceres y Nunez de Aza, Pastor Rosy Guzmán Sánchez, Police Corporal Tanner Antonio Flet Guzmán (son of a nun) and Army Sergeant Alejandro José Montero Cruz and Army Raul Alejandro Giron Jimenez.

In the corruption charges, he pointed out that his co-defendants were related to the army and police. They defrauded the state of more than 4,000 million.
