BELIEVE is preparing to expand its haircare offering with the launch of a new volumising shampoo and conditioner duo, positioned as the foundation of its upcoming Speak Volumes system.

The products, titled BELIEVE Speak Volumes Pro-Growth Shampoo and Conditioner, are scheduled to launch on 16 February 2026 and will retail at $12.99 each. The brand said the duo is designed for consumers with fine, flat, or thinning hair, with a focus on delivering lift, softness, and resilience without adding weight.

The range will debut alongside the wider Speak Volumes collection at Whole Foods Market nationwide in the US, including online availability. BELIEVE’s website is currently available in a pre-launch format and is expected to become fully shoppable at launch.

In an early preview of the new range, the brand said: “Ahead of the official launch next month, I wanted to share a first look at the foundation of the new BELIEVE Speak Volumes system – a shampoo and conditioner duo designed to build visible fullness, strength, and body right from the start of your routine.”

The company described the release as a coordinated two-step routine intended to support both cleansing and conditioning, particularly for customers who may typically avoid heavier conditioners due to concerns about hair looking flatter after use.

According to the product description, the shampoo is intended to offer a light cleanse while maintaining softness and volume, while the conditioner aims to provide moisture and detangling without weighing hair down. BELIEVE framed the products as working best when used together as a base for styling and longer-term hair health.

The brand described the duo as: “A lightweight shampoo and a rich-yet-weightless conditioner formulated to work together to cleanse, strengthen, and visibly enhance fullness – without stripping or flattening fine hair.”

BELIEVE said the two formulas are built around a combination of active ingredients often used in hair and scalp products targeting volume and density, with a specific emphasis on long-term performance rather than short-term styling effects.

It added: “Both formulas are powered by a 3% Biotin Complex, Copper Peptides, and Caffeine, supporting scalp vitality and strand strength to help hair look thicker, healthier, and more resilient over time – not just temporarily styled.”

The brand’s positioning reflects a growing segment of the haircare market focused on scalp health and strand strengthening, as consumers increasingly look for products that address concerns such as thinning hair, reduced density, and lack of body.

BELIEVE also outlined the intended performance of each item within the pair. On the cleansing side, the company said: “The Shampoo gently cleanses without stripping, leaving hair refreshed, soft, and noticeably fuller from root to tip.”

For conditioning, it said: “The Conditioner delivers lasting moisture and easy detangling while maintaining lift, improving manageability, and boosting body.”

BELIEVE’s messaging indicates the company is aiming to bridge a common trade-off for consumers with fine hair: the need for hydration and smoothness without sacrificing lift and volume.

Summarising the intended combined effect, the company said: “Together, they create the ideal base for long-lasting volume that feels touchable, light, and healthy.”

The company said the products are intended for people with “fine, flat, or thinning hair”, including those who avoid conditioner for fear of flatness, and those who want a daily routine that delivers both moisture and lift.

BELIEVE also highlighted what it calls the mechanism behind the volumising effect, describing the role of three key ingredients and how they support different areas of the hair and scalp.

Under its “How Volume Is Built” description, BELIEVE said copper peptides are intended to support the scalp environment over time, while caffeine is positioned as a root-focused ingredient designed to refresh and stimulate the scalp. Biotin, meanwhile, is framed as a strengthening ingredient that supports hair structure to reinforce each strand and improve the appearance of thickness and resilience.

The brand said the routine is designed for regular use, with instructions to apply shampoo to wet hair, massage from roots to ends, rinse thoroughly, then follow with conditioner focused on the ends before rinsing.

The launch will be available through Whole Foods Market stores across the US, Whole Foods’ online shopping options, and the BELIEVE website at believe.hair. A “sneak peek” of the products is also available online ahead of the full release, with separate preview pages for the shampoo and conditioner.

With the Speak Volumes Pro-Growth duo positioned as the entry point to the broader collection, BELIEVE appears to be targeting consumers seeking everyday haircare that combines visible results with lightweight wearability, as volumising products continue to attract demand in the personal care category.
