HOUSTON – ‘El Marciano’ made an immediate impact.

The Yankees’ prized Dominican prospect Jason Dominguez picked up the first hit of his major league career on Friday — a two-run homer in the first inning off Astros ace Justin Verlander.

The 20-year-old slugger, one of the most anticipated prospects in recent years, missed a curveball from the future Hall of Famer at first for a called strike.
