UAQ receives donation space and resumes services at the Ensain Clinic, in Galban – Códice Informativo

Through this space, it will endeavor to provide high quality medical and nursing services to the general population.

With the aim of providing medical services to the residents of Jalpan de Serra, the Autonomous University of Queretaro (UAQ) has reopened the doors of the Nursing and Holistic Health Clinic (Insign) in the said municipality, which will provide nursing, psychology, nutrition, physiotherapy, medicine and optometry, among others. Thanks to this donation, this space is now part of the Queretaro Alma Mater.

During this ceremony, Dr. Teresa García Gasca, Dean of the highest house of studies in the entity, which officially received these facilities, thanked the municipal government for its willingness to resolve the administrative status of this place and that it is now in the hands of Umm Al Quwain. He also said that they would strive to increase services and provide excellent care to people, so he trusted the work of the members of the Faculty of Nursing (FEn) to make this possible.

“This is a clinic at the service of you and your neighbourhoods, what we want is to provide a quality service in all areas that you can see advertised and in other areas we will endeavor to increase (…) our community at FEn, thank you very much for your support and trust in this project; that is Your project is today, and you are in your hands and you have to make it grow,” added the university president.

On the other hand, the Mtra. Judith Valeria Frias Bisrel, Director of FEn, noted that this clinic has always been open to health services both in Galban and in other regions, so its work is essential, which began in 2004 and has important roots.

“We are grateful to the mayor, that this dream has finally come true and that these facilities already belong to UAQ and FEn to continue providing the care that all residents of Jalban deserve,” Mitra said. Fries Bisrel.
