Cal Trabal, the last agricultural stronghold in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, will be a special protection zone for birds (Zepa), according to the Generalitat de Catalunya’s planning to respond to the letter of summons from the European Commission due to the lack of protection from the Llobregat delta.
