The first case related to fraud in the US elections was discovered. A Republican voted for Donald Trump on behalf of his dead mother

U.S. Election officials finally find a case of U.S. election fraud in Pennsylvania, but that is no big deal to the current U.S. president – a Delaware Republican voter who voted for Trump on behalf of his dead mother, Business Insider.

Bruce Bartman has been charged with election fraud and fraud, and after registering to vote three times on his behalf, both his mother and his mother-in-law, who died, have to vote three times with Donald Trump in Pennsylvania.

The Delaware County District Attorney announced the charges against him in a news release Monday. A 70-year-old man could face up to 19 years in prison if convicted.

“This is the first and only case in our country where a dead person has voted, regardless of conspiracy theories. The speedy investigation of this case shows that the authorities continue to comply with the law and investigate when they receive clear evidence of fraud,” said the Delaware County Attorney General.

In August, prosecutors say Bartman registered two dead voters – his mother, Elizabeth Bartman and his mother – in – law Elizabeth Wehmann – as Republican voters. To do this, he used the state’s online registration portal, which allows residents to register on voter lists using the latest digits of their driver’s license or Social Security number (CNP equivalent).

He used his mother-in-law’s Social Security number, but the organization marked him as belonging to the deceased. State officials sent a letter to the woman confirming that she was actually alive and able to vote. Bartman then filled out the form on behalf of the deceased woman, but did not request a voting procedure for her.

Instead, the effort worked to get Donald Trump to vote for his mother, who was able to vote a second time.

The man’s lawyer says he confessed to the crime and took responsibility for his actions – “because of his political frustration, he chose to do something very regrettably stupid.”

Since he was declared defeated in the November 3 presidential election, Donald Trump has repeatedly claimed that the election was rigged and that the victory was his own. Since then, all of his cases and court appeals, including the Supreme Court of the United States, have failed.

Several U.S. officials, including the judiciary, which is directly subordinate, denied election fraud and confirmed that it was safe and fair. He publicly denied that Biden had won the election and forced all his deputy officials to resign.

Joe Biden was confirmed to have been elected President of the Electoral College of America with 302 votes to 232 points for Trump.
