The Federal Court found Anuel AA absent

Judge Pedro Delgado of the Federal Court issued an order this Tuesday against reggaeton artist Anuel AA. After “Rebellion” was found guilty of a million dollar lawsuit for breach of contract filed by advertising agency Buena Vibra Group (PVG).

The company filed the suit in August last year Emmanuel Cosme Santiago, Urban singer's first name and his company Real Hasta la Muerte (RHLM) has not paid for several promotional activities related to the launch of the record production Los Leyantas Nadi Mueren, local media reported.

The company says $1,864,000 It may be related to the expenditure incurred by them on different advertising campaigns.

The promotion company says it paid Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) a total of $960,000. To promote this album and currently they are not reimbursed to BVG.

“Additionally, BVG shall pay $10,000 for certain photographs requested and authorized by his ex-wife Anuel, known as Yelin La Mas Viral. BVG shall pay defendants no less than $200,000 in compensation for advertising agency services rendered,” the lawsuit states.

Likewise, the document states, “PVG is liable to pay not less than $194,000 in restitution for the loss of profits due to defendants not having the opportunity to invest the money owed to them in other projects.”

The BVG told the court that between August and September 2023, it made several unsuccessful attempts to personally contact Anuel AA and his company to present the suit and collection claim.
