The Federal Court found Anuel AA absent

Judge Pedro Delgado of the Federal Court issued an order this Tuesday against reggaeton artist Anuel AA. After “Rebellion” was found guilty of a million dollar lawsuit for breach of contract filed by advertising agency Buena Vibra Group (PVG).

Likewise, the document states, “PVG is liable to pay not less than $194,000 in restitution for the loss of profits due to defendants not having the opportunity to invest the money owed to them in other projects.”

The BVG told the court that between August and September 2023, it made several unsuccessful attempts to personally contact Anuel AA and his company to present the suit and collection claim.
