The Oradea City Council announces that the rehabilitation works of the Nufărul-Cantemir corridor began on Wednesday. At the end, the artery will have four lanes, a tram line, a green space with a green alignment, a bike lane, a sidewalk and parking spaces parallel to the sidewalk.
“The works began today with the discovery of the pavement of the pedestrian zone located in front of the headquarters of the Bihor Directorate of Agriculture. Work is ongoing on the section between Arieşului Street and Muntele Găina Street, and excavations will be carried out at the level for the construction of the cycle track and sidewalk. As this is a major project, which will disrupt traffic, we apologize to the people of Oradea for the disruption to traffic.
