Andrea, a young makeup artist, was sitting in her seat waiting to depart for Colombia. At that moment, the pilot could be heard wishing him a happy birthday over the plane’s loudspeaker.
After that, she informed her about the message sent by her friends, which surprised her. “At Copa Airlines we don’t just connect them to their destination. We also celebrate special moments with you.”
