Santo Domingo Norte.- Popular Force (FP) leader Leonel Fernández administered the oath of office to the organization’s councilors Carlos Perez and Luis Castro, who resigned with hundreds of supporters from the PLD.
In addition, Fernández formalized the entry of students, workers and businessmen from Santo Domingo Norte, who join the political system showing the greatest growth in the Dominican Republic, according to metrics facing the 2024 electoral processes.

Businessmen Julio Encarnacion (Pappuccito), Yanelis Ferrer, Aquilis Alberto Calvez, Edison Suarez Reyna, Escolástico Lina, Claribel Perez de Paula and Williams Pena also join the ranks of the opposition political organization.
