The Minister of Defense, Agustín Rossi, showed himself “proud“To be part of the official list of the national Justicialista Party (PJ) headed by President Alberto Fernández and considered the PJ as”a space for militancy to continue strengthening the Frente de Todos”.

After the confirmation days ago of the party’s list to renew the authorities of the PJ leadership, Rossi posted on Twitter: “I appreciate the convocation of Alberto Fernández in the leadership of the Justicialista Party”.

In this sense, the Santa Fe leader added: “Proud to participate in a militancy space to continue strengthening the Frente de Todos and allowing us to achieve the happiness of our people”.

Rossi, who was head of the bloc of the Front for Victory in Deputies in the periods 2005-2013 and 2017-2019, walked away from the party structure in 2016, when the PJ was renewed without the inclusion of Kirchnerist sectors, but with the participation of provincial leaders such as Juan Manuel Urtubey from Salta and also former national senator Miguel Ángel Pichetto.

After the intervention of the party by decision of the Justice in April 2018, the current Minister of Defense did not hesitate to approach the party and put himself under the command of the current president of the PJ, the national deputy José Luis Gioja.
