September is the month of youth and in Pilar they have honored it by opening a space for recreation and entertainment for the youngest, which operates inside the Municipal Micro-Stadium.
“Parque Pilar Joven” is the new initiative launched by the municipality that offers different options such as Silent Party, a dance area, listening to music with headphones, a gaming sector, video games and even a recording studio.
All activities are free and also include: freestyle battle, cartoon and anime exhibition, foosball, table tennis, photography exhibition, art and clothing workshop. In addition, those who come can find gastronomic options.
This new space began operating last weekend inside the property at Néstor Kirchner 1400 and will remain open until Sunday, September 25, every day, starting at 4:00 pm.
“I am very happy to see Parque Pilar full of young people enjoying this cultural event we designed for them, young people from different neighborhoods sharing and having fun. We start today (Saturday) and will run until September 25,” Mayor Federico Achaval said during the opening.
“We seek that all our young people come to enjoy the different proposals we think of them,” added the head of the community, who was accompanied by the Minister of Integration and Community Development, Juan Manuel Morales.
