“La Casa de los Famosos” Season 4 — Vote for Vice President Official Rules

Viewers should note that the following rules and procedures are subject to change at the sole discretion of Telemundo Network Group, LLC (“Producer”).

A. Voting Facility:

On Tuesdays, in the program “La Casa De Los Famosos” (“Program”), viewers can vote for the contestant who accompanies the president of the week in the president's suite (“With the President”). The voting period is outlined in the following sections (see “When to Vote”). There is one (1) voting method for submitting your vote(s) for the Project, as described below.

B. Eligibility to Vote:

Any person within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico with a unique identifier during the voting period (see the “When to Vote” section).

C. Voting Methods:

Online Voting (“Online Voting”). For the program, online voting is available at Telemundo.com/LaCasaDeLosFamosos online and via mobile web with a valid personal identifier.

During the voting period (see “When to Vote”) go to Telemundo.com/LaCasaDeLosFamosos (desktop or mobile), click “Vote” and follow the links to cast your vote using your valid personal identifier. During the Program Voting Period, there is a limit of one (1) vote per day during the voting window within the Voting Period. Any attempt that exceeds the number of votes allocated to a unique identifier will not be counted. If you have taken the correct steps to vote, you will be presented with a confirmation page.

For assistance with online voting, email [email protected]. Producer reserves the right to disqualify, withhold or remove any vote from any electronic, mechanical or automated system, or from any person who disrupts or obstructs the voting process, as provided herein. Rules and procedures are subject to change at the manufacturer's sole discretion.

D. Cost of Vote:

Online voting is subject to standard internet access charges. Data rates may apply if you access the online voting page or via mobile phone.

e. When to vote:

Voting for Leader Companion will be available from Tuesday, March 5, 2024 through Tuesday, May 14, 2024 only, subject to change at Producer's discretion (the “Voting Period”), especially during the Voting Window.

During the Leader Companion Voting Period, fans can vote on this week's Leader Show every Tuesday from approximately 9:20 pm ET until approximately 9:50 pm ET (a “Voting Window”), subject to change. Manufacturer's personal preference.

Rules and procedures are subject to change at the producer's sole discretion without notice.

F. Results vote:

Voting results for the President's Companion will be revealed during the event; Check local listings for program times.

G. Disclaimer:

Telemundo Network Group, LLC and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and persons (collectively, the “Administrators”) are not responsible for any lost, incomplete, delayed, damaged, misdirected or incomplete text messages; difficulties, failures or malfunctions of telephones (including headset/cordless phones), telephone lines or telephone systems or other communications failures; cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless services; networks or servers are interrupted or unavailable; lack of communication, computer hardware or software failures or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misdirected or garbled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; Traffic congestion or any technical problem that may disrupt or distort voting. If for any reason the Voting cannot be conducted as scheduled, or if a computer virus, error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failure, or any other cause beyond the control of the Administrators corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Voting, the Administrators shall, in their sole discretion, reserves the right, at its discretion, to revoke any vote transfer. In addition, the Administrators may permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has willfully violated these Rules, and may terminate or suspend voting at any time, and may announce the results of the vote based on the votes cast so far. If the voting process has been tampered with by hacker access or other interference, the resulting voting may not reflect actual valid votes if it continues. In the event of technical problems with online voting, administrators reserve the right to review the votes accurately and take any appropriate action, including, but not limited to, voiding votes cast during the period in which they occurred. ADMINISTRATORS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM DOWNLOADING OR PARTICIPATING IN OR DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS OR SOFTWARE RELATED TO THIS POLL. Administrators are not responsible for electronic, technological, computer or telecommunications or network failures, incorrect transcription of voting information, errors in any advertising or marketing materials, any human or electronic errors, or stolen, misdirected votes. , garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost or delayed. By participating, each person agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Administrators from any and all claims and liabilities arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in the Voting. Administrators will take reasonable steps to prevent voting outside the geographic area. Additionally, fans can vote for a contestant they don't want to accompany the leader on the leader's set. It's also possible that the leader doesn't want a fan-voted contestant to accompany him on the leader's set.

These Terms are subject to change at any time at the Administrators discretion. Any announcement regarding said change will be posted on Telemundo.com/LaCasaDeLosFamosos

WARNING: Any attempt by a Participant or any person to intentionally damage the Internet Service or Website, manipulate the voting system, or otherwise undermine the proper functioning of voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Administrators reserve the right to sue for damages and/or seek other remedies against such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

F. Voting Conditions:

By voting, you agree that you will not use any unofficial third party services to vote on your behalf. The Administrators shall have the right to disqualify, withhold or delete the votes of any person who, as determined by the Administrators, votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or disrupts the voting process or for any other reason. Their personal preference.

Administrators are not responsible for any damage to Voters' devices caused by using the Service. Administrators reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Voting Service without notice for any reason and at their sole discretion.

Administrators reserve the right to change the Contest or Voting Rules of the Program, the Official Voting Rules, and the Terms and Conditions of this Voting Process at any time in their sole discretion.

The prize awarded in the air to the winner of the program is subject to the terms, conditions, rules and qualifications of each program.
