German press scathing criticism after Champions League win at the hands of Manchester City.

What is happening at Bayern Munich is worth reading: they beat Mbappé and Messi’s powerful PSG with authority, then they succumbed to a misfortune against Manchester City in the Champions League. Newcomer Thomas Tuchel can do little.
What he doesn’t know is that inside the locker room, the spirits are also tense enough to cause conflict between the players.
This was condemned by German newspaper Bild, which told how injury-hit star reinforcement Sadio Mane punched Leroy Sane in the face after the Champions League quarter-final first leg.
According to Bild, the players began arguing directly on the pitch when Sane complained to Senegal for not running into space when the partnership was proposed to him. The matter continued in the rain, where they beat and their comrades separated them.
Sources say Sane stormed out of the dressing room and some saw his partner’s punch mark on his face. Neither the club nor Duchel have mentioned the incident, but there will no doubt be internal sanctions if Mane’s angry reaction is proven. It was so good in Liverpool… yet so missed…
