More free activities have been added to the Costanera as part of the proposals implemented by the various areas of the Secretary of Government and the General Administration of the Council of Ministers of the Municipality of Córdoba.
From April, the Costanera Implementation Unit invites residents to take body expression and folklore lessons on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:00 to 6:00 pm and from 6:00 to 7:00 pm respectively.
On Sunday mornings, at 11 am, yoga classes will be held for those looking for a connection space for greater environmental awareness and self-knowledge.
The innovative proposals will take place in the Puente Mestre square, with free and spontaneous registrations in the places designated for their realization.

These activities are dictated and supervised by physical education teachers from the Undersecretary for Sports and Recreation.

These activities aim to promote the continuous practice of physical activity and improve the general condition of people, and the classes will vary between flexibility, walking, functional circles and group gymnastics.
